A huge thank you to Colten Care‘s Amberwood House Care Home, who recently hosted their Big Lunch in support of Stable Family Home Trust!
It was a wonderful afternoon bringing together residents, families, friends, and the local community – with live music, delicious food, and plenty of heartfelt moments shared.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, the event raised an incredible £700 for the Stable Family Home Trust – helping us continue supporting adults with learning disabilities to live more independently and confidently.
Well done to the Amberwood team for creating such a joyful and meaningful day!
