Jane joined the Trust as CEO in January 2024 and has led on the rebrand for the Trust, and is leading on the development plans for our Day Services provision and improvements to our housing provision. Prior to joining the Trust, Jane spent five years leading on the design and construction of a large women’s residential centre and housing service in Hampshire, and prior to that spent 11 years as Operations Director for The Society of St James, a large homeless charity in Hampshire. Jane has also worked in young people’s services, supported housing and residential service delivery. She has a Law degree and a National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Management.
MANDY HARRIS
Head of Supported Living
Between 1998-2001 Mandy worked for Dorset Scope in a respite unit for children with physical and learning disabilities, initially as a Child Support Worker and then as a Team Leader.
Mandy joined the Trust as a support worker in 2001, and in September 2004 became the Registered Manager at Forge Cottage, which was a Residential Home for three adults with learning disabilities. In October 2005 the Trust became providers for Domiciliary Care and Mandy became the Registered Manager until the service closed in 2018. Now Head of Supported Living Service, Mandy is also the Registered Manager for service.
Mandy has an Advanced Diploma in Welfare Studies and has completed NVQ Level 4 in Care and The Registered Managers Award.
