People We Support

At SFHT we promote and protect over 130 adults with learning disabilities.

 

We provide them with services in the shape of day activities, educational programmes and supported living to ensure they lead a life without limits.

 

We also actively support their inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes and help them to expand their skill set for further development and potential employment opportunities.

Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC."
