Aspire
Set in beautiful walled gardens on the Dorset, Hampshire border, Aspire offers a wide variety of meaningful day activities for adults with learning disabilities.

We are dedicated to supporting people to lead healthier lifestyles. At Aspire people can expect to be supported to stay mentally and physically well by offering a wide range of daily physical activities to suit all levels of fitness
On a weekly basis we offer a wide range of fitness and social activities including walking, swimming, yoga, gym sessions, Go –Karting, Zumba, lawn sports, mediation and relaxation. We are constantly looking into new, enjoyable ways of keeping fit and healthy that benefit people both physically and mentally whilst improving overall well –being and independence levels.
Therapeutic activities
Many of the people accessing our services benefit from activities that improve and maintain good mental well-being. Therapeutic activities are known to support people’s concentration, fine motor skills whilst having an overall calming outcome.
We have a large dedicated pottery room with views over the gardens and own private courtyard where people are supported to produce individual, group and collaborative works of art. People can expect to be supported by an experienced tutor to use a range of mediums and techniques and hep them to put their ideas into practice.

Gifted
Gifted is the customer facing service of the Stable Family Home Trust. Many of the items on sale have been produced by the people we support at our main sites in Ringwood and Southbourne including bespoke pottery, gifts, mosaic work and decorations. 90% of all plants on sale at Gifted have been grown in house by people accessing our services
Gifted offers an exciting and unique opportunity for people with a learning disability to learn the skills and gain work experience in retail, hospitality, horticulture and customer care

Evolve
Situated just off the high street in Southbourne, Evolve is the newest day service hub from Aspire.
Clients can expect to choose for a wide range of activities at Evolve – community outings such as bowling, swimming, walking, shows or enjoy the activities on offer run by our friendly, experienced instructors.
These include, Relationship sessions, Relaxation, Drama and musicals, Dance, Fitness, Performances, set and costume making, Makaton, IT, Pottery, Crafts and mosaic art. You also have the possibility to gain Asdan certificates while learning new skills.
